Is this exercise program suitable?

Check out this video clip. At an initial glance will see a very impressive demonstration of strength and endurance. However, this is also an example of a person doing an exercise that is inappropriate for their body's particular situation. This girl is actually make certain problems with in her worse. Can you spot the glaring dysfunction and see how it is being made worse?

When the answer is the huge amount of hyperextension in her elbows. Look at how her elbows go way past 180 degrees as she holds the barbell above her head. This exercise is not suitable for this person as it is only making this problem with her body worse.
